Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Social Security benefits should begin at age 60.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Defense spending by -10%. Currently about 30% of the defense budget goes to war profiteering and those funds can be used for agricultural and rural development that will create over 10 million permanent new jobs over a 4-year period.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

None. Funds should come from corporations like Amazon and others that do not pay any taxes and make billions of dollars.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The State has no business in meddling with church business and the church has no business meddling in state business or in politics. For this reason, I would create legislation to take away IRS (501c) non-profit status from churches and other organizations that get involved in politics.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Medicare for ALL.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Stop trying to steal their oil production and stay out of the Islamic territory. Concentrate in U.S. domestic radical terrorism instead.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Enforce the current U.S. Laws.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in GOD--The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I believe in Roman's Chapter 12, where we should love one another, help the needy and use our talents to help others and that is why I'm running for USCongress to better represent the 5th CD which is the poorest district in Louisiana and within the United States. I offer the creation of 25,000 organic smart farms that will feed all small towns within the 5th district, double the current economy and provide enough food for the entire state. Furthermore, I will introduce a hydroelectric project that will create enough clean energy for over 3 million homes, reduce electricity by 40% and create over 10,000 new permanent jobs thus drastically improving Louisiana's economy.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Item 26. Paragraph 2, lists the information that is available on my website and is public knowledge.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I served as the Assistant to the Inspector General of the Air Force and I was Chief of Services at the Space Command Ballistic Missile Early Warning Systems, Thule Air Base, Greenland, where I learned about important national security programs which I cannot discuss ever and war profiteering programs that waste billions of dollars each year. I managed over $2 billion in real property, $20 Million Operating budget and lead over 450 people. I am concerned about the 5th CD, being the poorest district and I Know that I can reach out to a Louisianan that I know personally, who is the Senior Advisor of the President of the United States, and ask him to support the organic smart farms in Louisiana as well as building a hydroelectric power plant to provide clean energy to 3 million homes, thus creating over 10,000 permanent new jobs in Louisiana. Please review the above mentioned programs at, and give favorable consideration to hiring me for the job. God Bless!

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. You, hunt and keep it home. However, if you go to the U.S. Capitol with an AR-15, you will terrorize people and you may be considered a domestic terrorist.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

The Electoral College should be abolished.

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1. Decrease tax for all making 50,000/$100,000 (single/married) and increase taxes on all making over $10 Million. 2. Medicare for ALL. 3. Agriculture development (create 25,000 organic smart farms in Louisiana) 4. Rural Development. Create a hydropower plant near Saint Franscisville at the foot of the Mississippi River to provide clean power for 3 million homes. 5. Provide breakfast and lunch to Pre-kinder to 12th grade, a hungry child can never concentrate at anything. 6. Lower costs for RX drug cost for senior citizens. 7. VA dental and optical care for all veterans. 8. 3-term limit for U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate. 9. Cap political contributions to $2800 for people, PACs and Corporations. 10. Two year hands-on internship programs for all 4-year college programs.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes. The U.S. Capitol riots of January 6th, 2021, is the culmination of 4-years of institutionalized racism lead by the President of the United States, which trickled down trough federal, state and local government employees as well the public in general. RACISM CAME OUT THE CLOSED IN AMERICA. The most shameful domestic racism took over the Louisiana Congressional Delegation that spent 4-years aiding and abetting a spoiled racist president and downplayed the Covid-19 pandemic as a hoax which has now taken over 450,000 American lives, including two family members, 4 friends and U.S. Rep. elect Luke Letlaw. I am ashamed of the racist Louisiana Congressional Delegation, and I respectfully ask your consideration to elect me as your Independent U.S. Representative to behave with duty, honor, morality, respectful of all people regardless of skin color, gender, age, religion, origin or sexual preference. If I, my family or Native American ancestors have offended you, please forgive us!
