Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Possible: -The lady has a devastating disease that could be passed on - To save life of mother or child- - in event of rape
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Prohibit the political parties from being able to borrow from the funds collected. If our social security funds had not been raided by the democrats with the concurrence of the Republicans. This would be true if the fund had never received any rate of interest above 2%. Use alternative options such as 401k and other options yet to be explored.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Eliminate several level agencies. Start with education and let the states run their own education systems. Two. Eliminate the EPA as currently organized. It was started by Pres. Jimmy Carter to "make us independent of foreign oil." Today it is a 29 billion dollar agency and we import more fossil fuel than we did when it started. As stated above, I would greatly reduce the spending for illegal immigrants.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
None. The politicians created the problem and now in typical fashion wish to be applauded for trying to fix it. My advice: DON"T. Politician participtation will only make it worse. They made government money available to help students go to college. Even those students who had no business going to college. With supply and demand economics it raised the college tuition costs for everyone and created a pool of unemployable grads.
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Nothing. There is no such description of the two groups' association in any legal document forming or describing our structure of government, It was first mentioned in a letter from Thomas Jefferson to a friend. It has since been accepted by some courts as having precedence. This is a weakness in our judicial system in my opinion. Cases are often determined by the argument with the catchiest phrases, not the strongest points of law. The first amendment is intended to insure that our right to worship is not impeded by our government. If we really believe in such separation, how can we justify our government prohibiting the teaching of the Bible and Christian concepts and advocate the teaching the basic concepts of Islam . All under the guise of teaching understanding??
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Promoting such a health care system is different from providing or devising one. I shall assume you mean providing one in this instance. First, I do not believe in the major premise of your question. Where is it written in the Bible that we are ENTITLED to such a healthcare system. We are simply expected to thrive to achieve a close proximity to such a system. I do not like to use the word 'entitled' very often because I do not believe we are entitled to do much but to give our rights to God and to seek Him on this earth.F there were such a system, I would promote it by reminding anyone using the system of the rare privilege they have. However, I believe the objective is not attainable. What is fair, adequate, affordable and accesseble to most may not be to others. It is probable that those advocating such a system are advocating a government plan and I do not believe in a single payor (the government) system.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Recognize that Islam is not just a religion but a complete socio- economic and judicial system, like communism. Publicize that the fundamentals of the religion desire the suppression of other religions including Christianity and the followers believe in killing or enslaving anyone who does not convert to Islam. This should be taught in our public schools. Certainly, some muslims are peaceful but so were some members of the Nazi party. As some one who took an oath to protect our Constitution from all enemies, foreign or domestic, I have sworn to protect our constitution and country from Islam because it is a threat to our country and Constitution.
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
That question cannot be answered in a simply "if this, then this" format. Who should come into our country is a question of needed services, current economics and other factors. It is a changing yardstick.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was born into a Christian family and was taught I have a personal friend and benefactor in Christ My friend guided me through my teenage years and has sustained me in my adult years, also. Our guidance is as available as radio waves in the air. It is always there I just have to choose to tune into it and listen.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I refer anyone seeking justification for those views to the BIBLE. If they want evidence of those beliefs in my life they will have to search harder. One of my personal fears is the US will be taken over by non Christians (and we are close) and the government starts persecuting those who are Christians But They cannot they cannot find enough evidence to convict me. veterans. Many claim to be Christian but when it comes to putting their life on the line for their values will withdraw quickly. Yet as Christians they will say that Heaven is wonderful. If it is such a wonderful place why are they so afraid of dying.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Yes. The current virus threat will have devastating effects on our freedom and liberty. lIMITATIONS ARE NOT CAUSED by the virus but BY the bureaucrats and politicians response to it. Governors and mayors are trashing the state and US constitutions. We have been frightened by the media. I did not fight for my safety. I fought for my liberty and freedom. Even the freedom to get sick. Do you think G. Washington fought for his Safety? We the people are the keepers of the Constitution but we are forsaking it for a little perceived safety.
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Absolutely very few. Guns can be restricted from the insane, felons ( but only if the felony involved physical violence.) A felony of a financial nature may not require restriction. We have judges to sort out the gray areas. If we use the logic that the guns or gun makers are the killers then we must ban automobiles and their manufacturer. yhin
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1 Legislation that will prohibit US tax dollars from being spent on social services for illegal entrants to the USA. No money should be allocated to these outlaws before the veterans of our nation are adequately funded. 2. Medical care for our veterans is not what it should be and was promised. At the present, medical providers or pharmacists over ride a physician and neglect to provide the best medications to our veterans. I will initiate a thorough review of the process and smooth the way for vets to get the medication they need promptly and at low or no cost to them.oz like bu 3. Fund the wall as trump proposed it. The government spent more on software creation for Obama care than the projected cost of the total wall.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is a threat only IF WE TOLERATE the groups who wish to make it a threat for their own purposes. The nation still feels guilty about slavery in spite of the fact that no one alive today suffered any adverse treatment under the system. The biggest damage done by slavery in my opinion was he destruction of the family unit among the Black society. This cannot be remedied quickly or with funding. There is a race industry and a small group of citizens wish to profit from the dissension that race discussions can provoke.
