Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

All efforts should be made to save the lives of both the mother and the child. Life begins at conception and we must do all we can to protect and save the new life of the unborn child. Under no circumstances should an abortion take place. Life is sacred. The best attempts should be made to preserve all life.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Under the current system we cannot, in good faith, guarantee that Social Security benefits will be available for future generations. Social Security is plagued with issue after issue. It simply is not something that my generation and the generations to follow can rely on. It would take a complete overhaul of the current system, which may need to happen. We need to look for a long-term exit strategy and solution.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

To reduce government spending, I would work to reduce or eliminate the funding for federal agencies. Specifically, I would look to reduce and eliminate the Department of Education and bring the power of decision-making in our schools back to the states, so we can once again be a top-ranked school system in the world.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

Taxpayer dollars should not be used to pay off existing student loans. It is up to the borrower to pay off the debt they took on. We need to remove student loans from the federal government and get them into the free market where interest rates are competitive and payments are not subsidizing government programs.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The state cannot infringe on our inalienable rights. We are gifted inalienable rights from our creator, God, not our government. As stated in the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." The statement has been used to remove God from American society, piece by piece, crumbling the very foundation of our nation. Instead of freedom "of" religion, people have interpreted this statement to be freedom "from" religion, which is an incorrect translation. As George Washington stated, "Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion, and morality are indispensable supports."

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

In regards to healthcare coverage, we must call for price transparency on all appointments, processes and procedures. Patients should know the cost before they walk into the exam room, so they know if they can afford the procedure. This will encourage a transparent system that will create competition, driving down prices and leading to higher quality service. We need free market reform that would include reciprocity of healthcare opportunities across state lines, more opportunities for Health Savings Account (HSAs), health share opportunities, and the ability for health association plans to exist.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Eradicating radical Islamic terrorism needs to be a world-wide effort from all nations. Having a strong National Security will be key in stopping the threats to the United States.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I believe anyone that wants to work hard and become an American citizen should be able to do so. That being said, we have strict rules people must follow on their path to citizenship. We cannot simply let everyone into the country. Currently, we have an issue with illegal immigration that has caused economic damage to the United States. It is important that we curb our problem of illegal immigration by finishing the southern border wall.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I believe that Jesus Christ sacrificed his life, atoning our sins. I believe the Bible is the Word of God. Jesus is the way, the truth and the light. My Christian faith is the driving force behind my decisions, values and priorities. My values are based on a life lived for Christ - God and family. We are called to be involved community members and not sit on the sidelines, but to take action and stand firm for what is right, true and good. I value the power of community, of fiscal responsibility and conservancy, and most importantly, our freedom. I value the liberties that are upheld by the United States Constitution, preventing the government from infringing upon our God-given rights.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I am very conservative and would consider myself a Constitutional Conservative. The government should not interfere with our God-given rights and liberties. I am very conservative on not just economic matters, but social matters, including fighting to save the lives of the unborn. Pro-Life Op-Ed, Right to Life's opportunity of a lifetime:

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am running for this position to serve the people of Wisconsin's 3rd Congressional District, which includes western and central Wisconsin, my home. This is a conservative district that is calling for a Republican candidate to flip this longtime Democrat seat and represent their conservative values, principles and priorities in Washington, D.C. I became a Christian in college, a decade ago, and shortly after, realized I was politically conservative. Christian values, the value of the gift of life and the ability to be free with God-given rights all exist within the platform of the Republican Party. As I found my faith, I found my calling to serve and to fight and further the conservative movement. We need strong, Christian conservatives as public servants to fight the good fight for the future of our nation. That is the type of representative I will be, representing and serving God and the people of Wisconsin's 3rd Congressional District

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

We must not limit the freedoms of American citizens and create legislation that infringes upon the 2nd Amendment. The Right to Bear Arms is our protection against tyranny; we must protect the 2nd Amendment.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

The three areas of legislation, in order that I propose to author or sponsor would be Pro-life legislation (to ban abortion and save the lives of the unborn); trade deals that benefit our farmers, manufacturers and other Wisconsin and American industries; reduce overbearing regulations that put limits and burdens on businesses, farmers and beyond.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I don't believe racism is a threat to the domestic security of the United States.
