Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

In no circumstance do I support abortion.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would favor a 2:1 reduction. We have so much fat in our budget that Human Services accounts for almost 40 cents of every tax dollar. If we're going to spend more money, we need to make rational cuts.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

I believe that at its' core, the government shall not interfere with the practice of religion so long as your religion does not pose a clear and immediate danger to the lives of the American people.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Reduce the high costs of prescription drugs and create a loser pays system in medical malpractice lawsuits. Insurance is unaffordable in the market for many people but the government mandate hasn't made it that way. The government made it that way because they don't know what they're doing. Medicare and Medicaid serve their purpose but we need changes across the healthcare spectrum to address this problem.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Able-bodied, educated individuals who will be producers to the country and not seek America as a refuge for a handout via our massive and growing social safety net.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I'm very open about my commitment to my faith. I'm a 3rd Degree Knight and a Eucharistic Minister. My faith will absolutely guide me as a legislator. I'm proud of it and I think that it will serve me well.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

It's difficult to validate because I'm a private citizen. I would certainly implore you to ask my references and if necessary, provide you with my campaign literature. It's a central part of my campaign.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

My entire life and career has been about getting things done and serving my community. I have created jobs, given my time to the community and been involved with my church. As a candidate, that helps me tremendously to know this district and the range of people that I'm going to be representing.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I'm a Conservative guy who loves this community. I raised my family here and I want to represent you in Harrisburg to make sure that our area stays a strong place to work and raise a family.

Judicial Philosophy

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

No Answer

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I believe that the 2nd Amendment is very clear in providing a right to bear arms. I think that needs to be protected at all costs-the one area that I would consider strengthening is adding regulatory structure for those individuals convicted of violent offenses with a firearm.

Other Important Issues

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1. Access to education that provides local job and trade skills 2. Creating a program for internet and 21st century infrastructure for us to compete with surrounding areas for job creation. 3. Eliminate state funding to all groups that spend a dollar on abortion counseling

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. The media projects hate at every turn and that's what fuels rating. Both white people and minorities are frustrated with our country because we have a 24-hour news cycle that is set to divide the core of our nation. Whatever your race is, we all want the same things: strong families, low taxes and an opportunity to grow personally and professionally. We need to come together to find common ground, not focus on our differences, which is what the liberal media wants.
