Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

To save the life of the mother.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

By reducing government wasteful spending. Re evaluating and re structuring social security according to the current times, needs and environment

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Wasteful spending. Common sense planning before executing projects.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

None. This is a personal choice and responsibility.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Growing up in Socialist Russia where religion was illegal, government dictated what you were suppose to believe and practice. Government over reach in to our religious freedom.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Open, competitive, cross state line market place. As well as ability to join through different organizations and collaborations, that would reduce cost through numbers.

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

As an immigrant, who came here as a political asylum immigrant under religious persecution, I have strong feelings about immigration. We were vetted for several years before we could leave Russia, has our legal immigrant status approved and in place before we stepped foot in this country. We payed our way, and assimilated to become legal citizens. I believe it should be merit based as well.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a practicing Catholic, though spent 4 years in an Orthodox Jewish school when we immigrated here in 1980. I think the lack of God and religion is leading us to the issues that we are facing.

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

My family and I fled the USSR when I was 10 in 1980, instilling in me true appreciation for America as the land of liberty and opportunity. I am running for Congress in the 5th District to fight for those values and for our community, in which I have always been deeply involved. When I was 14, I volunteered as a Candy Striper at Jeanes Hospital in Fox Chase. I have sat on various boards and organizations supporting adoption, shelters, educational organizations, and the arts. I believe is protecting our constitution, our unborn and our American dream. We must put our people, our small business and communities first.
