Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

There is no circumstance under which abortion should be allowed. Life is precious and every child deserves the right to life.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Our seniors and those nearing retirement age have paid in their whole lives and deserve to get back every dollar they paid in. I am committed to ensuring that happens.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would work to cut the amount of foreign aid our country sends to nations that are not even our allies. By drastically cutting the amount our nation spends on foreign aid we can more easily balance the federal government's budget.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

Under no circumstance should taxpayers be responsible for paying off the student loans that they did not take out themselves.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It doesn’t exist in the Constitution. Our current system of government is based on the Judeo- Christian ethic and is wholly insufficient to be based on anything else.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

In order to promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable, and accessible I will work to get the government out of the way by implementing more free-market principles into the system. Implementing more free-market principles will drive down costs and create better access to affordable coverage for all Americans.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

We should continue to build up our military and have the strongest military in the world. By doing this and providing realistic rules of engagement, we can continue to neutralize any radical Islamic terrorism threats and keep our nation safe.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Individuals who strive to enter the country legally and have the talent, finances, resources and work ethic to succeed should be allowed. Those who just want to become welfare wards of the state should not be allowed to immigrate to the U.S.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian and unashamed believer in Jesus Christ. He is my Lord and Saviour and I strive to live by Christ's example every day.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I have been a long-time and vocal supporter of President Donald Trump and as a gun shop owner, I am proudly pro-Second Amendment. I have also worked to stand up to big government, like the corrupt IRS. In April of 2013, they illegally confiscated over $900,000 from my business. I challenged them in the court and through the legislature where I eventually won. Congress unanimously passed the Clyde-Hirsh-Sowers RESPECT Act three different times in three different Congressional terms. Then in 2019 it finally passed the Senate and on July 1, 2019, President Donald Trump signed the bill into law as part of the Taxpayers First Act.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am a 28 year Navy combat veteran and proud gun shop owner. I have lived the American dream and if elected to Congress, I will work to ensure that dream is still possible for every American. I will work to protect life, advance the Second Amendment and protect all Americans from having their hard-earned money stolen from them by the IRS. I will prioritize eliminating taxes, taking care of our veterans and limiting the size and scope of our federal government. I will continue to proudly support President Trump and his initiative to build a wall at our southern border.

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I do not believe that there should be any additional restrictions on gun ownership. In fact, there are many current restrictions that need to be removed. The right to keep and bear arms is one of our nation's most foundational principles and is a right guaranteed to every American by God our creator.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Protect Life, Strengthen the Second Amendment (Hearing Protection Act and removing 2A taxes) and Dismantling the IRS through elimination of the graduated tax structure.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism has no place in America, on either side of the political spectrum but I believe much of it is on the left. Much of what the drive by media claims as racism is not racism at all and some of what they champion as acceptable is truly racism.
