Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion is the intentional murder of an unborn child, there are no circumstances in which this should be allowed!

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I wouldn't. Social Security is an unconstitutional program. We have already made obligations to those relying on it and I think we ought to transfer the current Social Security payments into a bond (aka debt the government owes), including those paid into by everyone not drawing off of it, and end the program. The people need to be responsible for their own retirement and not depend on the government.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

It would be quicker to list the things I'd be willing to fund. First, I will not vote for any omnibus spending packages. I want to eliminate all unconstitutional regulatory agencies, thus erasing their budget. End all education spending, as that is an issue left to state and local governments.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The 1st amendment prohibits Congress from "respecting an establishment of religion" this means that they cannot respect a religious denomination by making it the official church of America. In fact Fisher Ames, the author of the 1st amendment, had this to say: "Should not the Bible regain the place it once held as a school book? Its morals are pure, its examples captivating and nobel... In no book is there so good English, so pure and elegant, and by teaching all the same book they will speak alike, an the Bible will justly remain the standard in language as well as in faith." William Blackstone: "This law of nature, being coeval with mankind and dictated by God himself, is of course superior in obligation to any other. It is binding over all the globe, in all countries, and at all times: no human laws are of any validity, if contrary to this; and such of them as are valid derive all their force, and all their authority, mediately or immediately, from this original."

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

By promoting the free market as much as possible. If hospitals are required to advertise their prices and compete with each other, cost would go down and quality would go up!

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

First and foremost we must recognize the threat. Secondly, keep the fighting in their countries as much as possible. Thirdly, promote Judeo-Christian values throughout the Middle East. One of the errors of George Bush's Freedom Agenda was that it planted republican governance in a region that didn't have the foundation for representative government. Americans tend to become war weary after long engagements but it takes time to influence real change in a part of the world that seems to still live in the first century. Then there is also the point that too many in this country believe in secular government even though secular governments murdered 100 million people in the 20th century. Ultimately, the war with Radical Islam must be won both militarily and ideologically. If people reject the Koran and accept the Scripture on a large enough scale, then the threat of Radical Islam will be extinguished.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We are a creedal country, therefore, anyone who adheres to our Judeo-Christian values yearning for liberty. I don't think our immigration policy should be based on economics, at least not solely or mainly. People who have communistic beliefs, Islamic values or are bringing in crime should not be allowed in the country.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I believe in the truth of the Holy Scripture. I believe that we are all sinners in need of salvation which is found in the Bible, attained only through faith in Jesus Christ! I believe that God created all life on Earth to produce after their own kind, never "evolving" into other species. I believe that marriage is a holy covenant established by God to reflect Christ's relationship with the Church and it consists only of one man and one woman who became one flesh. Sex exists for procreation as the first Commandment God gave to Adam and Eve was to be fruitful, and multiple. Therefore, any sexual acts outside of marriage, by God's definition, are sinful. I believe that God created man and woman, I am convinced that by getting away from the Biblical definition of marriage and the creation of two sexes our society has lost any semblance to sanity. We have certain God-given rights that the government cannot rightfully infringe such as, life, liberty, property, etc.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I'm pro-life, life begins at conception and ought to be protected from violence. I believe in the Biblical definition of marriage and think that "homosexual marriage" is a contradiction of terms. I believe in the second amendment and want to pass legislation to eliminate all state and local licensing requirements to purchase firearms. I want to eliminate all of the unconstitutional regulatory agencies. I want to impeach Justices who violate their oath to uphold the Constitution and put restrictions on federal courts to limit their power. I believe in securing our borders against illegal aliens. I believe in the death penalty for atrocious crimes including murder, rape, sex trafficking, peddling dangerous narcotics, etc. I also think it should be executed within 5 years, preferably sooner. I believe in a strong military and taking the fight to the enemy.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I'm a textualist when it comes to Constitutional interpretation. Meaning, I believe in the actual words of the document which were accepted and voted on. I have studied the Constitution more than the vast majority of people, having read: -Madison's Notes of the Convention of 1787 -The several state debates on ratifying the Constitution recorded in Jonathan Elliott's debates -The Congressional debates on the Bill of Rights -All 85 Federalist papers -The corresponding anti-federalist papers -Joseph Story's Commentaries of the Constitution -George Tucker's Lectures on the Constitution -Lysander Spooner's the Unconstitutionality of Slavery -John Randolph Tucker's The Constitution of the United States: A Critical Discussion of its Geniuses, Development, and Interpretation -Woodrow Wilson's Constitutional Government in America Not only do I understand the document but I believe in adhering to it.

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None that I'm aware of. Laws forbidding the ownership of certain arms do little to stop criminals from obtaining them.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

A bill ending all abortions. A bill to eliminate the regulatory state. A new judiciary act to limit the federal courts.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Not unless we are talking about the Democratic Party. The biggest problems we have with "race relations" is disproportionate ethnic abortions and the fact that we do not do enough to stop inner city violence. If the politicians would crack down on crime, and end abortion, they could save a lot of lives.
