Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am %100 Pro Life. I also firmly believe that only God is the giver and taker of life, not man.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Foreign aid to country's who hate us. Corporate welfare; let the free market work. There's a ton of wasteful spending programs. In Georgia there are many services that are duplicated, as well as all of the bureaucracy that has been created for no apparent reason.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It means the Government needs to stay out of my Religious business. It protects me from the Government; not the other way around. The Government has shown a growing hostility towards Christians in my opinion; this needs to stop.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would like to go back to the employer based benefits like things were before Obama and the democratic congress destroyed it. Give incentives to employers through tax breaks. Never directly give money to Businesses or Corporations. I do believe that the elderly, children, and disabled deserve healthcare because they are the weakest in society and we should provide for them if they can't provide for themselves; or when the family can't or won't help. We are commanded to do this in the New Testament.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Only people who we as a nation allow to come here. If they come, they must be able to contribute to our Nation, and assimilate to our culture. Those who expect the greatest Nation in history to change our values and culture to what immigrants think we should be need to stay where they are. If they want us to change, I wonder why they come here in the first place if their culture is so wonderful. We should freeze all immigration from nations or groups who refuse to assimilate, such as muslims who want to enact sharia law. Sharia is not a religion as much as it's a system of governing.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Born Again Christian who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God Almighty. Without Salvation through Christ we have no other Salvation. The Bible is the inerrant, and infallible Word of God. I am a,sinner Saved by Gods Grace through Jesus Christ.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

My Facebook page, or anyone who knows me. Minutes from our local Republican Party meetings when I was Chairman.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I was an International Police Officer/Adviser in Iraq for 2.5 years; I learned a lot about true leadership there that could not be duplicated anywhere else. As a Police Officer and former Police Chief I learned to deal with the public in a respectful way, and to deal with elected officials as well as administrators. I am very much a people person. I have a B.S. Degree in Management. I will finish my Law Degree before taking office. I also have over 2,000 hours of State and International Police training hours in law enforcement and executive training.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am a True Conservative who loves my Country. I am a frugal person and a critical thinker who will not "go along" with the crowd to "get along," once I am at the Capitol. I think too many politicians get in office and then back down on their promises for their own benefit. I am also a leader who is not afraid to fight in order to keep my promises. I will be there as an instrument for change, not the status quo. I will report back to my district publicly on what's really going on in Georgia with their tax dollars, and their rights.

Judicial Philosophy

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Restrictions should be directed towards the mentally ill, and violent felons. I believe the Constitution is pretty clear in our right to keep and bear arms. Also, the Government has no business knowing how many guns that I own.

Other Important Issues

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1. Strengthen rights for unborn babies. 2. Strengthen 2nd Amendment Rights. 3. Cut wasteful spending. 4. Cut taxes.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I don't think so. I've been around other races my whole life, and I've made lifelong friends. My friends of other races never talk about racial issues. I believe that everyone should be treated equally under law no matter the race. There are race baiters out there who thrive off of divide, but I think most people see through that. So, from my experiences I do not see racism as a domestic security threat.
