Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
In very rare or unusually extreme cases where the life of the mother is at great risk and that the child has a minimal chance of survival while in the womb and/or should the mother expire. Every unborn child deserves the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The excuse of big Pharmacy to pay for abortions to acquire unborn humans for sacrifice turned into medicine or medical research should be outlawed and unethical and is a form of human cannibalism and murder.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Review of liberal legislation that is being misdirected to programs and funding of trivial unessential liberal programs. Reducing socialism and welfare funding that is misdirected to causes not in the best interest of financial prudent and efficient government. Many laws in the recent legislative sessions by Democrats proposed Socialism and are not sustainable or responsible and simply need to be repealed. That's how we fix the budget. Restoring our prison system is another direct means.
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
There are many faiths and the best aspect of morals and ethics from religion guides our society. The separation of church and state simply means we do not make laws that specifically condones one religion over another. I believe religions are good enough at having their own assemblies and right to teach their faith to those who wish to attend those groups. Our Public schools do not need to condone any specific religion but should allow for study of religion as many christian faiths are the morality and ethics that our public schools and society as a whole are founded upon. Any extreme views on religion do not need to be taught in our public schools and those religions are free to form their independent schools funded by their religion. Education is a choice and people of differing values and belief have a right to choose what they want for education. However, Public education is the only education supported by taxes and should remain as such.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Competitive market place, strengthening equality in economy and improving comprehensive job growth. Limiting direct involvement by government but having authority to monitor and properly administer equality and fairness to the public. Understanding the economic conditions of age grouping to facilitate quality services to meet the needs and financial considerations of all age groups from the poor to the wealthy that no American should be left behind. A Strong economy creates a strong healthcare system. Privatization creates jobs, competitive medical insurances create strength in economy and true health care. Good Government oversights provides a means to keep health care on track by organizing healthcare objectives. Colorado should be creating and exporting medication and not the other way around. The USA should not be dependent on foreign imported medicines that are expensive. Local business in the USA will drive down costs of medicine and thus care for people of the USA more
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
That's easy. Law abiding immigration and law abiding US Residents. I do admit that we do need to make a process more effective and not so costly. We should have a means that even those who violated immigration can come forward and lawfully register to be in the USA. The purpose of immigration is to protect the Law Abiding from criminals or subversive groups crossing our boarders. While providing a means that good people can immigrate to the USA or at a minimum lawfully reside in the USA. I know what should be done. I went through a process with the Embassy and the US State Department. There are progressive systems that need fixed that are liberal and broken as usual. However, There are aspects that are good and meaningful for lawful immigration. Mostly we need to have an immigration that protects good families and protects us from the worst criminals or organized crime that is technical a foreign army on US soil like MS-13.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Christian/Mormon as outlined by my family history. I believe in the value that god has said, "Every religion has truth and every religion has false." I have studied the world religions as a hobby and many share common truth of faith and belief. Religion inspires and creates hope in humanity and brings forth greatness in or society and with all the good belief and faith does for all the people of the world. I am an open and spiritual person and have accepted the faith of many I know to be the truth they understand. I have read all the major religions of the world and their sacred books and texts. In all those religions people seek to be good knowing they are sinners and they repent in their faiths all looking for illumination and enlightenment and grace through forgiveness. They try to do better every day.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I grew up in House District 34 and have a world wide experience of political concerns from a wide perspective of people from all walks of life. My education has been at the University level 4 years, my actual educational credits exceed that of what many colleges have established to earn a PHD. If you include my College, Credits from the Navy and Professional Licensing and hands on KSA's my experience doubles educational expectations for more than most. I have lived my life in the open and I have been active for Decades in Politics at the local, State, Federal and world government levels. I have worked hands on with how politics effect the world and that is the motivation for me to do better for Colorado and the People of the USA. I get out and about knowing the people of my communities, cities, states, and US world politics. I reach people from local to remote locations throughout the world and am a true champion of the people and the American way of life.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Yes, I'm an open book and local candidate lived my life mostly in House District 34. Unlike my opponent I represent the true values of House District 34 and should be your Representative for Colorado. Please check my website, contact me, go to my facebook and subscribe to my youtube. I'm approachable and an open book. Vote Mark Bromley for House District 34.
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We do not need to impede the 2nd amendment in any way shape or form. Countries that do not protect the 2nd amendment fall to terrorism and tyranny in short order. The world is not safe and never will be. We must be prepared to defend all that we value or lose it by ignoring the reality of the world. I will never arm a child and students until they graduate from High school. Students should never be armed unless they are being trained by authorized sources and achieved adult status.
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
My opponent has many stupid and irresponsible bills that do not represent House District 34. All those bills need replaced, repealed, and redefined in 2021. Lot's of work to fix Colorado. These bills are current my priorities. 1. Preserving TABOR, Tax Payer Rights, ensuring taxes are used efficiently, effectively, and correctly justified. Reducing government and promoting a healthy economy. 2. 2nd Amendment rights, repeal of Red Flag laws, reducing age of adults from 21 back to age 18 across the board as long as they graduated High school. Making sure the Criminals are punished and not the Law Abiding. 3. Bringing Oil and Gas back to the table in Colorado, Shoring up the jobs and the economy wrecked by COVID-19 and ensuring our businesses thrive. Making room for energy production of all types, I am an Licensed Election. Ensuring government oversight and regulatory agencies are revised to ensure open work opportunities and Right to Work in the state of Colorado
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Racism is a threat to domestic security in the United States. Progressive values are a threat to domestic security in the United States. Progressive Racism and discrimination has created a Partisan effect in Colorado and have created opportunities that erode and harm our American way of life into Socialism. It is so bad that current partisan values in the 2020 legislative session has treated minor parties like Pavlov Dog experiments gone wrong. Denying partisan bills because the Democrats didn't get the salivation or obedience they were looking for. Only rewarding Bi-partisan efforts when the Democrat party got their Pavlovian response. This discriminatory effect has caused and resulted in Partisan legislation that weakened US efforts to resist Pandemic events like COVID-19 via lower immigration standards that limited and reduced medical screenings. Liberal parties are discriminating against Law-abiding US citizens and US Residents and favor criminals this must stop.
