I believe and have faith there is one triune God made of the Father, the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost. I believe this is absolute truth and that faith is the foundation of your beliefs, beliefs established your values, and your values are manifested in your character and actions. Therefore ones faith is important. The second absolute truth is that God's Holy Word, the Bible, is given to us through the inspiration of God.

I am conservative on social and economic issues but not dogmatic and am willing to consider all sides before making decisions.

I am a constitutional Christian conservative and believe the United States was established by God's direction and providence. America's founding fathers and framers of our constitution built our system on the precepts and principles found in God's Holy Word. The United States Constitution created a system that allows Americans the maximum amount of freedom and ability to pursue our individual happiness.

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
