Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only when the life of the mother is at stake.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

1. First we need to stop spending the money that was set aside for Social Security. 2. All money being taken out for Social Security must be invested in inflation resistant assets. 3. Money being taken out for SS and Medicare should be protected against usage for other expenses.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Where to start. 1. Foreign aid to countries not our allies. 2. Excess government agencies that are not actually needed for the protection of the nation. 3. Handouts for certain research that is not necessary. 4. Welfare should be monitored, so that people are not taking advantage of the system. 5. Corporate handouts secured through lobbying efforts on Congressional leaders. 6. Eliminate funding of Planned Parenthood. The latest spending bill is 1.4 TRILLION dollars. Lots we could c

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

No religion can have too much power to where its religious law is enforced on individuals above the Constitution and Bill of Rights. No religion should be named as the national religion where everyone must follow it. Everyone should be able to freely practice their religion without the government stepping in, unless the religion is physically harming others in its establishment.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Support free market healthcare - Support opening up competition across state lines - Provide tax incentives for healthcare providers who take on people with pre-existing conditions - Am against pre-negotiated rates between insurance providers and healthcare providers that is not offered to individuals without insurance - Believe in prices being transparent - Believe in allowing doctors to source and sell FDA approved pharmaceuticals from other countries in order to drive competition with US Pharma companies.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

First, I don't believe you will ever eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism. It is a religious ideology, which is impossible to eradicate. When Christians were persecuted in the days of the early church, it did not eradicate Christianity, so eradication of a religious ideology will not work. The best thing to do is to limit the spread of it into our country. Here are a few points as to what I would do. 1. Limit and monitor any immigration from countries that have a high radicalization percentage. 2. Strengthen Israel and other allies in the middle east to continue the fight. 3. Continue pro-American propaganda in the middle eastern countries that we occupy. Attempt to get them to embrace a Republic form of government. Other than those, defense is the best protection.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

1. People doing it the right way through the legal process. 2. Those who are truly asylum seekers. 3. NO CHAIN MIGRATION. We need to end chain migration yesterday.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I accepted Christ when I was 5 years old, but truly began following him at about 18 years old. My relationship with God impacts every aspect of my life, and guides me on what paths to take. I believe that Christianity had a great impact in the founding principles of this country, and Christians need to continue to be bold in their beliefs.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Have not served in public office, so no public info available. Check out my website to showcase my stances.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am not a politician and never knew that I would run for office. I am running to truly represent the people of the Texas 23rd district because for too long we have seen Washington only work for those on the inside. We need Representatives who will boldly make changes necessary. We need Representatives not tied to the establishment or wanting to be. We need to change Washington if we want to see gridlock and politics as usual end. We need Representatives who will listen to their people, come up with ideas to fix issues, and work with others to get the job done. I am that Representative, and I would greatly appreciate your support.

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1. Government Spending / Taxation - Limiting both 2. Immigration - Getting rid of asylum loopholes, strengthening border (barrier where CBP deems necessary), more personnel, more technology, putting a quota for immigration judges to make decisions on cases. 3. Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Reform - Opening up competition in both in order to lower cost. Answer above 4. Congressional Reform - Term Limits. Taking big money out of politics. No lobbying after congressional serv

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I personally have never seen racism like the media would have people believe. I am not saying it does not exist. I believe there will always be racism, but I believe it is dangerous to throw that word around so easily. I believe that racism, by and large, is not a major issue in the majority of the United States. I believe that word is being used to attack any action that the current administration would like to take in decreasing illegal immigration. It is an emotional argument and attack the media makes against Republicans. You never see them saying the democrats are racist. Think about that.
