Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

No Answer

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

No Answer

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

No Answer

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

The U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled that this is not a matter for the legislative branch. It's a matter for the federal judiciary. The legal strategy is to focus on the mental health of the mother and the ability of the child to live independently outside the womb. With the knowledge that those two elements are critical, the focus should be on PTSD effects after abortion and medical research for sustaining life outside of the womb. That's the short-term strategy. The long-term strategy is reshaping the judiciary to revisit old case law to determine if it was decided correctly with the limited amount of scientific data available at that time. The beauty of the law is that it's always evolving, always changing, and interpretation of the law is in the eyes of the beholder.

Economy

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Agree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

A multi-generational gradual privatization plan. When liberals hear the word "privatization," they panic; and for good reason. The private market rightfully cares about only one thing: profits. And this profit-motive can, unfortunately, sometimes lead to bad behavior, which it undeniably has in the past. Liberals fear that Wall Street will wreck social security benefits. To alleviate these concerns, we have to agree to strict regulations, safety nets, and fail-safes. Australia provides an excellent framework of what social security privatization can look like. It hasn't been perfect; nothing is. But it's working for them. We need to collaborate with your brethren in Australia to see what did and didn't work for them and explore privatization in America. This is also a critical component to my strategy for paying off the national debt.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Replacing government-run social security with a privatized social security regime called American Superannuation Funds. This would eliminate a quarter of the entire federal budget and allow for principal repayments on the national debt.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

Taxpayers should not be forced to pay for a millennial to earn a Masters in Feminist Studies. Instead, we should incentive degrees that are actually worth something with an unlimited Student Loan Credit for both principal and interest for degree of national importance, such as MDs. Do we, as a nation, need more doctors to drive down the cost of healthcare? Yes. Therefore, introduce a tax credit for Degrees of Strategic National Importance (SNI Degree Tax Credit).

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

No Answer

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Preventing corruption of both.

Healthcare

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Agree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Tackling healthcare requires a multi-faceted approach. First, we need an unlimited tax credit for student loan debt attributable to the acquisition of an MD degree. This will increase the supply of medical doctors and drive down costs. Second, we need a GSE health insurance company in order to keep private health insurance companies accountable to the people. This will drive down the costs of insurance. Third, we need have the GSE require mandatory use of generic brands after patents expire. This will drive down the costs of insurance provided via the GSE and compel private insurers to follow suit. This will compel name brands with expired patents to also lower their costs. The end result according to my calculations is an almost 70% reduction in annual health care costs per family making healthcare coverage remarkably more affordable and accessible to all.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

We should eradicate all forms of terrorism, foreign and domestic. Since 1977 there have been 8 murders, 17 attempted murders, 42 bombings, and 186 arsons targeted at abortion clinics and providers across the United States. I have never seen a single Christian church issue a public apology for these attacks, and for good reason: they're not responsible. I would never call this radical Christian terrorism because it's unfair to all Christians. Real Christians know that it's a sin to commit murder. Real Christians know that judgment is reserved for and by God alone. Before pointing out the speck in a neighbor's eye, I think we should look in our own backyard. Why are we not addressing the KKK and the resurgence of Nazi ideology with their twisted cross that murdered thousands of Americans. With regard to the Great Deceivers exploiting the Islamic faith to manipulate their people into committing acts of violence, we must militarily engage and defeat them on their own territory.

Immigration

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

No Answer

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We need a New National Strategy, and our immigration system is a critical component of that. We need a point-based merit system that examines a person's education level, wealth, connection with the country, language fluency, existing job offer, and other factors indicative of self-sufficiency and self-reliance. We also need to show compassion and have some limited slots available for those genuinely fleeing certain death, but we also need to explore why we have allowed those countries to become so bad without militarily intervening. Solving the immigration crisis requires a multi-faceted approach. There are no simple answers to these global problems. That's why we need to elect leaders that can develop strategies and solutions for solving these problems.

Education

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Agree

Values

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

No Answer

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My beliefs are between myself and God.

Qualifications

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

My beliefs are between myself and God.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

My current net worth is in the mid-$20 million dollar range. I achieved this because of my creative ability to develop never-been-done-before solutions to complex problems. I realize now that I've been blessed with a unique ability to develop solutions to complex problems, and I now want to offer this service to my country. I certainly don't mind continuing to run my company and making millions, but I have a sense of higher purpose beyond making a personal fortune. I want to give back to my country. I want to serve my country. That's why I'm running for U.S. Senate.

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

No Answer

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

We don't need restrictions on gun ownership. More than 90% of school shootings can be traced back to a shooter who was on prescription anti-depressants. Do the research yourself if you doubt me. The solution is plain and simple: if someone is prescribed anti-depressants, that person is added to the National Instant Check System and will not be permitted to own or live in the same home as someone who owns a firearm. This would have prevented 90% of school shootings in the past 20 years.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

No Answer

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Agree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

No Answer

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Expansion of Public Education from Pre-K to Ph.D. paid through the creation of a new privatized social security regime called American Superannuation Funds. Energy independence with the use of GSEs to mass produce wind turbines, solar panels, and hydroelectric dams that will pay for itself through energy production to be sold at rates presuming the non-existence of those sources coupled with a public auction of the final facilities to private energy suppliers to generate a profit for taxpayer

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes, domestic terrorism is on the rise. The KKK and neo-Nazis are becoming increasingly vocal and growing in numbers. They feel emboldened by what they view as a supportive White House that defended them even as they killed Americans at their rallies. It wasn't enough that Nazis killed American soldiers in the Second World War; now they are again killing Americans on our own streets. They are domestic enemy combatants who have chosen to fight for an ideology that led to the deaths of thousands of Americans and are now engaging in urban warfare tactics on the streets and in the neighborhoods of America. They need to be dealt with like the American-killing domestic enemy combatants they are.
