Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

There is no circumstance in which the answer is to murder a child.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

The fact that the system will be insolvent in the coming years makes it impossible to guarantee Social Security to future generations. And let's not forget that the Constitution of the United States gives the federal government no authority to even have this program. My hope is that before it collapses, our generation, unlike prior generations, will be honest with each other, and finally address the magnitude of the problem. I hope that it will be our generation that will make the necessary decision to stop enrolling new members, ensure that those who are already in it are paid, and allow attrition to permanently dissolve the program over time. I will propose legislation that will do just that.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The vast majority of what the government spends OUR money on should be significantly reduced or stopped altogether. Congress should fund the military, and a few certain covenants it has made with the public (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, ect.). and very little else.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

There are none. The Constitution of the United States offers the federal government no authority whatsoever to subsidize or secure student debt (or to be involved in education in any capacity btw). The very reason the cost of education is so high is because the federal government illegally props up student loans. Why don't we get the government out of the unconstitutional business of securing student debt? What are we afraid of, low cost education?

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The same thing it meant to Thomas Jefferson when he wrote it in a letter to the Danbury Baptists; there should be a "wall of separation" between the government and the Church to keep the government out of Church, not the Church out of government. There is no "separation of Church and State" in the Constitution. That is a notion yanked out of thin air by justice Hugo Black, who was a KKK member from Alabama that hated Catholics.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

The first step in making healthcare affordable is getting the federal government out of the issue altogether. This is a State issue, period. The Constitution of the United States offers the federal government no authority whatsoever to manage the healthcare industry, much less any other industry. And it is precisely because the federal government is involved that healthcare is so expensive. Under the current system, there is no downward pressure on prices, meaning, patients (customers) are not part of the pricing mechanism. For decades now, pricing has only involved members of the industry and their friends in government, and patients (customers) have been told to "take it or leave it". If the government were removed from being illegally involved in our healthcare and stopped unnaturally propping up prices, the cost of healthcare would fall to a legitimate market level. People simply would not pay for what they couldn't afford. What are we afraid of, low cost healthcare?

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

The U.S. should stop every unconstitutional (illegal) refugee resettlement program which does nothing more than fund the migration of non-citizens with the earnings of U.S. Citizens, then deposits those non-citizens (refugees) in the States against the will of the citizens of those States. The border must be secured - in a serious way - to protect the lives, liberty, and property of Texans, while allowing for lawful travel and commerce at the legal ports of entry. There should be no one with an "overstayed" visa. And last, but not least, we the people should demand that the Congress focus on securing our own borders and stop sending our friends and family members around the earth to fight and possibly die in undeclared wars. Enough is enough.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

People are free to immigrate to the U.S. as long they follow the lawful procedures and guidelines associated with their particular circumstances, and as long as they do not fall under any special limitations or restrictions that may be in place at that time.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I try my best to live my life according to God's word.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I ran for U.S. Senate in 2014 and garnered nearly 11% of the Republican Primary with only 70,000 dollars. The message has not changed. I have been a delegate to the RPT State Convention numerous times where I helped make abolition of abortion a legislative priority, and authored two of the planks in the current Party platform (Last line of #67, and #323). My message is easy to find.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I have a deep historical knowledge of this office, which is why I will put the best interests of Texas first, and not those of the elites in the DC swamp. I know the federal government is too large, too powerful, and that divesting power away from it is our only solution. Unlike the incumbent, I have many years of experience in business. I've risked my own money to start a business, created jobs, and made a payroll, which gives me experience with government interference in the economy the incumbent will never have. I've traded construction equipment internationally and have a solid grasp of monetary policy. I know the negative effects our debt-ridden system of "print and spend" has on the value of our dollar, our cost of living, our economy, and the economies of other countries. The incumbent has shown no such understanding. I'm against illegally spying on law abiding citizens, perpetual wars, and bigger government. I am for limited government. I am for draining the swamp.

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Personally, I want as little restriction on gun ownership as possible, but this is not a question for a federal office; the Constitution of the United States gives the federal government no power to rule over the States on this issue. This an issue for the citizens of each State to manage, and I know of no Texan who wants a few non-Texans, a thousand miles away, they will never know and can never influence, dictating to Texans how we are to manage our guns.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Agree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

I will author legislation to remand the issue of abortion back to the citizens of the States, and remove any and all perceived jurisdiction over the issue from the federal judiciary. I will author legislation to abolish the unconstitutional U.S. Department of Education, and return that power to the citizens of the States where it belongs. And I will author legislation to remove the federal government from unconstitutionally managing healthcare and return that authority to the States as well.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism is only a threat to domestic security when it used by this government to keep the masses occupied while they strip away our liberty.
