Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I support a woman's right of choice. I support Roe v. Wade. A case decided in 1973 by the U.S. Supreme Court. A first trimester of pregnancy abortion. Until additional information is brought to my attention, I stand by a woman's right decide, and I feel the government should not get involved in the personal and private decision(s) of an American family. U.S. Americans First Freedom of Choice, if fully Competent and legally allowed too, drinking, smoking, gambling, and owning a firearm is allowed per the United States Constitution. I do not not smoke, however, it is a constitutional right. If we do not like a law, we vote it out.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Vetting is a process of determining a persons background based on a set of verifiable facts. Our Federal Government is Constitutional responsible for vetting aliens into the United States. I feel our government is properly funded and experienced in vetting those that have the ability to verify an individuals background. California does not have the intelligence gathering means, experience, data capabilities, or State Department assets necessary for vetting aliens. For California to issue fake I D cards to aliens is wrong. I would request a law suite be filed on California for false presentation and fraud. To help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism, I would continue to encourage law enforcement to prosecute ALL individuals for any act of violence made against the law, follow up on all allegations of money fraud, and have the FBI continue to follow up on all US American threats.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

In September 1787, leaders from the thirteen original British colonies, got together to create a better government. The Constitution is based on a set of checks and balances that defines the three branches of government. Each branch is limited in government, and has its own specific area of expertise. Legislative, Executive and Judicial. Each branch operates to guarantee the fundamentals and freedoms of Americans.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a proud Christian, I believe in God, and I believe in the bible. I do not believe in Democratic Socialism, and Wealth Redistribution of Taxy Payer Dollars to fund Welfare to Illegal Aliens. As a Christian and as a U.S. American, I also believe in the importance for others to have and worship in their own beliefs. Morals and Character are traits found in the Christian faith, and many other faiths. God, Country and Family is instilled in my belief, and I value others in their importance of belief as well. For those that is looking for a U.S. American patriot to stand up in congress and professionally and equally speak in your behalf, I am your person. My name is Russ Lambert, and I am running for Congress in 2018.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Google or Internet Explorer search " Russ Lambert Congress " you will get all the public information needed to view public information regarding my standings. I have a generic web site that labels my ideals and ideals. Russ Lambert For Congress .com My standings: I am strongly against Government waste and fraudulent spending of tax payer money. I am in favor of investigating, prosecuting and jail time for welfare crimes. I am strongly in favor of the recent tax cuts, and I know every time the dollar circulates hands, then taxes are generated. Business's flourish, and families benefit. I do not believe in excessive regulations, I do not believe a controlling government is good for economic growth, and I do not favor have our government involved in personal and family matters.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Healthcare is a choice, just like the choice to eat a steak, or have noodles for dinner. Some people choose to drive a car, some choose to take a bus. Some legally qualified individuals, that have the legal ability to own a firearm, some choose to have, some choose not to. It is a choice. Healthcare is the same choice. It should not be FORCED on Americans. Choice in policy, plan and payment options, are the same choices individuals have in auto insurance. Fair competition among insurance providers, not excessively regulated, and allowed to operate in a free market, should keep prices competitively priced. I would prosecute for insurance fraud, including welfare, Medicaid, Medicare, and other medically related fraud. Discouragement to overcharge and excessively charge should be punished. These combinations are statistically designed to keep prices competitive.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The role the government needs to play in boosting the economy is easy. 1 ) Keep government out of personal decisions related to business. 2 ) Allow any business to operate as long as it does not infringe of the rights of others, or harms the ecology, and not deprive life, liberty or property from innocent people. 3 ) keep excessive regulations out of business and personal life. 4 ) Keep an eye of free and fair trade with other nations. 5 ) Invest in our infrastructure. 6 ) Invest in our education system. 7 ) I would have the government expand on Business loans. 8 ) I would repeal the harmful regulations found in Dodd Frank.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

The tax code recently changed on the federal side to benefit all Americans. This new tax code is too new to offer any type of advise without a history. The tax code was revised to give U.S. Americans that work, a lower federal income tax rate. This means more money in the working class pocket books. For California. Taxes are way too high. I feel that in the Franchise Tax code, Tax Payer money should NOT be used for Illegal Alien benefits such as Housing, Food Stamps, Welfare, Medical, etc. This "Carrot" being offered to illegal aliens, costs an estimated 125 BILLION U.S. Tax Payer dollars a year. U S Americans needs to come first. Look at how many Americans are living in tents. Whey was the last time you saw an Alien living in a tent? I would revise in the Tax Code: NO ILLEGAL BENEFITS. I would divert the tax savings to lowering the national debt, lowering California debt, investing in education, investing in infrastructure, and creating other programs designed to move us fo

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

The best way to bring down unemployment, is to get more people back to work. Give back the freedoms to Americans for opening business in a favorable government setting. Do what you want, as long as you dont hurt or harm another U.S. American. Lower Regulations, Removal of Job Killing Regulations. Keep taxes Low, Reduce red tape for permits. allow production of oil, minerals and other industries that support business opportunities. Invest in education, infrastructure, and the ecology.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

One way to secure Social Security to future generations, is to simply prosecute of the fraud associated with social security fraud. I would work with a committee to review the current guidelines associated with Social Security, and look into changes that mathematically benefits the Americans that contribute into this program. My "Finders Keepers" Legislative Bill. Reward WHISTLE-BLOWERS 10% of the first years annual savings for reporting Fraud and Waste. Saving taxpayers 90%. U.S. Americans first. We do not need more taxation, we need better accountability for our current taxes collected. Remove the Democratic Socialistic values, of Increased taxation, Increased Government, Increased Government Pensions, Increased Wealth Redistribution to Foreign Nationals, and Increased MORE Taxation to the American People. This is wrong, and it has to stop.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

The education that makes me qualified to be a congressman, I have a legal background, I have law enforcement credentials received from Rio Hondo. I have an Investigations background, I have assisted in the prosecution of fraud, embezzlement and other crimes against private party entities. I have a U S Marine military background, and I currently serve as a volunteer lifesaver with the U.S. Coast Guard in the auxiliary. I am a team play, I get along with Republicans and Democrats alike. I have a wonderful Hispanic son, and a Chinese son, there is no discrimination in my blood. I can cooperate on a reasonable level with all parties in office. I follow the law, I believe in the Rule of Law, and I believe in the United States of America, the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and all of the Amendments.
