Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I believe that God is the Creator of life, and that abortion should never be allowed.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

The United States should fund our military to be able to carry out their duty to protect this Nation from all enemies. We should also enforce current laws, including immigration, to protect our borders and eliminate threats within our borders. And, we must build the wall on our Southern border. Abroad, our military should maintain its presence and follow leads to guard against threats against the United States, as well as our allies.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The fallen nature of man, as stated in the Holy Bible.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and I believe the Holy Bible is the infallible Word of God. My values reflect the Biblical tenets of the Ten Commandments, forgiveness, mercy, and grace.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I have worked with Judge Roy Moore for the past two decades and have stood with him through two of the biggest battles in the past 20 years—the Ten Commandments battle, concerning the acknowledgement of God, and Traditional Marriage (between one man and one woman). In each instance, while serving as the Director of the Alabama Court System, appointed by Judge Roy Moore, I never faltered or wavered and was consequently fired after Judge Roy Moore was removed as Chief Justice. In addition, I served as Judge Moore’s Campaign Manager for his recent U.S. Senate bid.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

First, Obamacare needs to be repealed. Second, the McCarron-Ferguson Act should be repealed to allow insurance companies to conduct business across state lines, thereby permitting competition, which would lower insurance rates.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

To boost the economy, the government should ensure that the Constitution is followed, ensure the safety of its citizenry with a strong military, enforce existing laws, eliminate wasteful spending, reduce regulation, and encourage individual saving.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

We need to reorient our way of thinking about taxes and consider the Fair Tax, where individuals are taxed on consumption of goods, thereby doing away with personal income tax, reducing the tax burden on individuals, increasing the available revenue for needed government services, and eliminating the need for the Internal Revenue Service.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

A boosted economy would have the effect of lowering the unemployment rate, because more businesses and industries would be hiring to keep up with the production and sales of products to consumers, who have more to spend when the economy is flourishing. Also, if the Fair Tax was implemented, taxes paid by businesses, small and large, are reduced, allowing more revenue to be put back into the respective businesses to allow more hiring. In addition, a return to the values this Nation was built upon would have the added result of increasing individual work-ethic, providing the internal drive that makes people want to work.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

First, the Social Security Fund should be protected whereby it is impossible to raid the fund for other purposes. Next, individual contributors should be given the option of investing their funds in other market opportunities such as mutual funds. This would allow for growth and expansion, and would create a true retirement program.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

My background as a small business owner, administrator, public servant, and USAF reserve veteran has prepared me to not be a part of the D.C. swamp. I earned my Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Alabama which I used as Director of the Alabama Court System, appointed by Judge Roy Moore, twice, where I managed the Judicial Branch (2000 employees & 320 elected judges and circuit clerks) with a $180 million budget. As Director, I stood with Judge Moore in the Ten Commandments battle, as well as the fight for Traditional Marriage where I lost my job twice for not wavering or compromising my values, standing up for God’s Law and Biblical Marriage each time Judge Moore was removed from office. I also served as Executive Director for the Foundation for Moral Law, a national non-profit preserving Religious Liberties, our 2nd Amendment rights, and all things Pro-Life. Additionally, I was Judge Moore’s Campaign Mgr for his U.S. Senate bid & 2012 Chief Justice race.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I have been happily married for 35 years and am the proud father of two married daughters, a grandson, and a granddaughter. And, I am pro-life. I began as a Sav-a-Life supporter and later led the charge for the Choose Life car tags by recruiting folks to sign up and pay for the tag a year in advance of its release. Later, when asked to pray at an abortion mill, my wife did so at least once per month for several years until the mill closed its doors. I humbly ask for your vote and I covet your prayers. God bless you!
