Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion is currently legal via several variety of legislation. However, the aborted human remains of a human fetus [of unknown personality] is vividly a homeless person. A women who submits her body to an abortion procedure is not a mother obviously because the birth of a human child was interrupted... terminated. Therefore, legal parental authority reserved as empowering a birthing mother, is not subscribed to an aborting female. This includes no legal authority to determine the fate of the prepartum human fetus. As various government administrations have discretionary authority over human remains of an unknown [homeless] person found, however died, the final disposition of said human remains are conducted by a Coroner as defined by (US Federal, state and county) government laws and regulations. Specifically, this provides local government jurisdiction as voter electorate authority determines by electing most desired political candidates.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Where (location) is being referred to “threat of radical Islamic terrorism”? In America on our homeland or someplace in a far flung country where American opinion is despised and financial assistance is consumed with reticence? To help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic (or professional career politician) terrorism, let's concentrate on 'America First' where we have a much more reliant administration infrastructure and voter electorate to “Alternate Vote” elect eclectic Illinois and U.S. Congress Representative legislators.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Most of the Founding Fathers were natives of the Thirteen Colonies, yet, even back then, nine were immigrants. Our American personification was founded and grounded in their personal, business and political experiences. More than half of the signers of the Declaration of Independence had elected office experience. They had many years in politics, political action and protest, often honed in the debates held in Colonial legislatures.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Humanity has the science of physics. The Periodic Chart of the Elements is specific in describing the building blocks of life. Spiritual faith is not required to drink water or breath air to experience sustaining life. All life is of chemical construction from these elements. Chemicals are complicated [and wondrous]. Yet humans have not invented the characteristics of chemicals that the reality of the universe is constructed from. We have simply empirically discovered their characteristics and cleverly utilized them in combinations that serve advancement of our reality. My spiritual beliefs and values are deeply founded in an entity that humans ascribe to God divinity as is as factual as the elements. And their characteristics, that God [beyond human comprehension] results in “faith” being our terminology for the existence of the universe in our minuscule comprehension of its vastness.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

No Answer

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

What best describes me overall is missing from the list: Deeply grounded in my pragmatic thoughtful consideration of my eclectic life experiences and fully aware of other people's viewpoints. I know no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves, (A)nd if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take it from them, but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power. Direct quote from Thomas Jefferson, 3rd U.S. President (1801-1809) and one of the Founding Fathers of the United States and the principal author of the Declaration of Independence. What best describes me overall is missing from the list: Deeply grounded in my pragmatic thoughtful consideration of eclectic life experiences and aware of other people's viewpoints.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

As U.S. Representative from Illinois, I will define, propose and negotiate such legislation that removes restrictions on healthcare providers such that they can offer coverage... free from the regulatory burdens of Affordable Care Act (sic) as of (March 2010).

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Stop socialist encouraging dependency on government largesse. President Trump signed H.R. 1, Tax Cuts and Jobs Bill Act, and H.R. 1370 on December 22, 2017 My principal goal as U.S. Representative in U.S. Congress is provide voter electorate the empowering voter system (AGV and IRV) to elect in the November General election their most qualified choice candidate of all the candidates that are eliminated in the Primary election nine months before Illinois voters have received enough insight into the candidates (that would have been revealed in the nine months of voter educating).

What changes should be made to the tax code?

Tax Code Termination Act H.R.29 - 115th First Session Congress. This bill terminates the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 after December 31, 2021, except for self-employment taxes, Federal Insurance Contributions Act (FICA) taxes, and railroad retirement taxes. A two-thirds majority vote in Congress is required to change such termination date. The bill declares that any new federal tax system should be a simple and fair system that: (1) applies a low rate to all Americans, (2) provides tax relief for working Americans, (3) protects the rights of taxpayers and reduces tax collection abuses, (4) eliminates the bias against savings and investment, (5) promotes economic growth and job creation, and (6) does not penalize marriage or families. The new federal tax system must be approved by Congress in its final form by July 4, 2021.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Legislate new specific criteria for persons receiving cash benefits received during being unemployed. There is socialist furtive oblique bigotry of low expectations that fosters unemployed. Being employed is a badge of pride instilled during childhood. I was born in Aurora, IL and raised in the rural environment of DeKalb County, IL, close to Dixon, IL the birthplace of California Governor and U.S. President Ronald Reagan. I was raised in a pragmatic traditionalist farming family environment where conscientious behavior and productive work was encouraged and respected. I promotes family unity values and encourages everyone to learn, experience their own heritage which will foster and develop their personal confidence.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

The 2017 payroll tax is a 12.4% tax on earned income up to $127,200. This max taxable earnings figure often increases on par with the Wage Index. Also, it's worth noting that most workers only pay 6.2% of their earned income into Social Security, with employers picking up the tab on the remaining 6.2%. In other words, as long as people keep working, the payroll tax will keep getting collected, generating income for Social Security. However, approximately five million state and local employees are exempt from Social Security and instead participate in retirement plans administered on the state and local levels. Several state (not Illinois) and local (not Cook County) retirement plans generally provide plan participants with more benefits and greater flexibility over retirement age and plan payout than does Social Security. Much Internet searchable history of retirement plans in competent states provides valuable information for US Congress attempting to reform the federal program.
