Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Agree

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.

Neutral

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.

The United States should help defend Israel from attack by its enemies.

Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Under exceptional circumstances should killing be allowed. It seems some are promoting abortion as a plan "B" when it should be plan "Z".

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

The U.S. should cut all funds to nations/entities that support Islamic Terrorism. (Hamas, Afghanistan, Pakistan, The UN, and Jordan to name a few). Additionally, stop our senseless policy of arming Islamic rebels. H.R.1164 - Taylor Force Act is a great start, but wish sponsor stronger legislation to stop funding (and arming) terrorists + their allies.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The Divine nature. It is a miracle that those in powers would write so many limits to their own power. We are fortunate for our Forefather's foresight and it is a shame that many of my peers do not read or respect the U.S. Consitution.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

The Torah is the word of G-d and G-d is one. We can access G-d through Tefillah (prayer/connection), Aliyah (the act of going up), and all other Mitzvot (observing G-d's commandments). Three key values missing from politics: Honesty, Humility, and Joy.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

In 2012 the national media portrayed me as a Liberal. Being in a district that is +15% Democrat, that is a politically beneficial narrative. However, I entered this race for G-d with Joy and I answered Conservative because it is the Truth. I do not stand for waste/excess on any level and owe everything to G-d.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would promote it with joy if such type of healthcare coverage existed. Going to the hospital should not be the same process and feeling of buying a used car.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

"Boosting the economy" is often code for "paying off friends, family, and donors". This is a common practice of my opponent, Jan Schakowsky. "Indie Energy" is a great example of a (now defunct) company whose leadership donated thousands to my opponent and then received millions from us tax-payers.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

Cut the Tax Code down to a length that regular people or businesses can understand without paying accountants or lawyers. Eliminate or severely reduce the powers of the IRS.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Stop punishing people for working while receiving government assistance. Stop spending billions/trillions in grants, subsidies, and loans to colleges. Stop or reduce incorporation or intellectual property fees. Although I love and appreciate many public workers, we need to reduce the size of Government. The Government is the biggest employer in every portion of my District, this is not sustainable.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Cut waste, fraud, and corruption in government. Also, pay off as much debt as we can before interest rates rise. I am a Conservative but support helping those in need (not want).

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

The eleven hundred thirty something people who signed my petition sheet gave me the qualification. I will always remember (nearly) everyone who signed and never forget why they all signed. From the sports owner who takes public transit to the G-d fearing man on the eve of losing subsidized rent, they all signed because we are all bothered by Illinois made corruption. They all signed because I am not a politician and we all bothered by politicians. They all signed because I asked and did so in kindness and goodwill. Education is no qualification. Many of our worst presidents and some of the worst dictators went to ivy league colleges. What we will fight for, together, is a Congressional Sub Committee on Illinois Government Corruption.
