Congress should repeal the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

Strongly Agree

iVoterGuide Note:  Moore said he doesn't support the GOP's alternative plan, and said that anything absent an "outright repeal" of the 2010 law "will fail." Moore said a more preferred solution is to offer businesses tax credits, enable churches and charitable organizations to take over health care, and lean on "free enterprise" as the "best way to lower costs" while improving care. He is also advocating for a repeal of the McCarran-Ferguson Antitrust Act of 1945, which has been proposed in Congress. He said the act has long prevented competition across state lines, something that he believes that Congress should address.  Source

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

iVoterGuide Note:  In a concurring opinion in 2014 (relating to a case about a pregnant woman who used cocaine and endangered her unborn child), Alabama Chief Justice Roy S. Moore wrote that “an unborn child has an inalienable right to life from its earliest stages of development,” and added, “I write separately to emphasize that the inalienable right to life is a gift of God that civil government must secure for all persons – born and unborn.”  Source

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

iVoterGuide Note:  Moore: "I think everyone who is here illegally should be vetted to see if they should stay here," he said. "I think those coming across the border are the bigger problem right now. Congress has to address why can't we close our borders. We have got to support the president's efforts to stop this. If it takes a wall, I say build a wall. It may not take a wall if we use our military, if we use our National Guard. If the states are allowed to stop this illegal immigration, and they should be like in Arizona, we could stop illegal immigration and we should and there's no question about it."  Source

The U.S. military should wait for militant Islamic groups to directly threaten our national security on our shores, rather than eradicate them now wherever they may be worldwide.

Strongly Disagree

The United States must maintain a nuclear arsenal that is safe, reliable, modern and numerically superior to those of potential adversaries.

Strongly Agree

I support legislation such as the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) that would prohibit discrimination against individuals, organizations and small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

The federal government should establish Common Core as a nationwide academic standard for high school graduation.

Strongly Disagree

I oppose the resettlement of Syrian refugees into the U.S. without proper vetting.

Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self-interest into the most productive economic system there is.

Strongly Agree

Governments should pay to develop wind and solar energy solutions until they are economically feasible.

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States.

Strongly Agree

iVoterGuide Note:  Moore: "As I have said before, Obergefell is particularly egregious because it mandates submission in violation of religious conscience (ask Kim Davis). Either go along or be disqualified from holding public office. In the near future Christians like Clerk Kim Davis will be driven out of public life, forced to forsake their faith or their livelihood."  Source

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
