What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The Founding Fathers experienced firsthand the tyranny of King George III. They understood that absolute power corrupts absolutely and were determined not to let tyranny gain a foothold in the new nation.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Never. ALL life is sacred and begins at conception. God commands us not to murder. Taking the life of an unborn human is murder.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in the God of Abraham, Creator of Heaven and Earth. Our rights come from our Creator and as such only He may take them away from us. America was founded on Judeo Christian values and as we have strayed from those values we have suffered as a nation.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I have been a high profile tea party activist since the spring of 2009. My efforts were originally fought on the national level and I played an instrumental role as cofounder of Hoosiers for Conservative Senate in defeating six term US Senator Richard Lugar. I have been interviewed by dozens of international. national and local media outlets and as such, my political views are well documented. I am also the author of "Tea Party on Safari - The Hunt for American RINO", which documents the eighteen month effort to retire former Senator Lugar.

Additional comment from candidate:

Washington DC is irreparably broken. The federal government has grown too large, too corrupt and too beholden to a few at the expense of us all The only way to save our nation is through the states, where most of the power was originally intended. For over one hundred years the federal government has systematically usurped the power and rights of the states in direct violation of the Constitution and the states have allowed it to happen. Today, most state level office holders either are ignorant of the fact that the states have the power and means to tell the federal government no in cases that it has overstepped its authority, or these office holders lack the courage or inclination to do so. All Americans are at great peril because of the actions of the federal government. The national debt, runaway spending, illegal immigration, terrorism, a stagnate economy and worldwide assault on our way of life threatens us all. It is time for the states to reign in the federal government.
