Congress should repeal the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

The U.S. military should wait for militant Islamic groups to directly threaten our national security on our shores, rather than eradicate them now wherever they may be worldwide.

Strongly Disagree

The United States must maintain a nuclear arsenal that is safe, reliable, modern and numerically superior to those of potential adversaries.

Strongly Agree

I support legislation such as the First Amendment Defense Act (FADA) that would prohibit discrimination against individuals, organizations and small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

The federal government should establish Common Core as a nationwide academic standard for high school graduation.

Strongly Disagree

I oppose the resettlement of Syrian refugees into the U.S. without proper vetting.

Strongly Agree

Current regulations on domestic oil exploration and drilling are more restrictive than are necessary.

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health care and a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

More restrictive gun control laws are needed to protect public safety.

Strongly Disagree

The founders established pure democracy in the Constitution because they believed that it is the best form of government to ensure the safety and equitable treatment of all citizens.

Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self-interest into the most productive economic system there is.

Strongly Agree

Governments should pay to develop wind and solar energy solutions until they are economically feasible.

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with public funds.

No Answer

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

The United States should help defend Israel from attack by its enemies.

Planned Parenthood should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments.

Marijuana should be legalized and regulated like tobacco and alcohol.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Rape. My wife was gang raped when she was 18, right before joining the military. Our family values are such that rape should be the exception to abortion. Abortion should not be used for birth control.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The founders had just come from Europe. The Gutenberg bible in English had been distributed, such that religion was no longer exclusive to only the priests. As such, religious freedom was paramount. Additionally the Magna Carta, had been signed at knife point, forcing royalty to finally give the people certain rights. These ideas created the desire to be free from religion, as well as having certain individual rights. America was to be the best option for the working people.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was hit by a van when I was 13. I was in a Coma, and broke 13 bones. I healed and believed I had a calling. I have recently been brought back to that calling. By running for Congress, I am not bought and paid for. I am a Christian that literally should have died when I was a child. I have been given a great life and yet I find that I have work to do. Those of us that believe that the world is in the end times, want leaders to help us get through the upcoming biblical trials, which might be days away. I believe I have been called for this mission, and am willing to take on the responsibility if the people find me fit for service.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I am fiscally conservative. I want a flat tax of 12.5 to 15%. I want to end the Federal Government stealing money from Social Security; if this stolen money was returned, social security would be viable for 100 years. I want the Federal Government to return lands stolen by BLM. I wan the Federal Government to open up rail operations that have been used previously only by contractors, such that citizens are able to benefit from this existing infrastructure. I see that many churches are not living up to providing for the community, such that poor and hungry are without options. If churches picked up the burden a little bit more, welfare and taxation could be reduced.

Additional comment from candidate:

My family has been issued death threats, faced extortion. My legal clients have been threatened for supporting me. My friends have been publicly been accused of being sexually deviant. Apparently my family in running for office has those in power afraid. My wife, Star Moffatt, ran for Senate in 2012 and came the closest to beating a political insider, ever in the history of this area. I am faced with the same opponent in my run for Congress; why would my family be faced with this level hatred, extortion, and humiliation of my supporters and friends, unless the establishment knew they were on the verge of being replaced by the Moffatt family. We believe we have a biblical calling to make a change. It is because of this calling that we believe we are under attack. It is for the people to decide, do they want to continue generational politics, or do they want a family that is Bible based. The Moffatt family is bible based.
