Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Marcus Bowman believes life begins at conception. The embryo will become a person unless an outside element alters the course, whether that be a natural or man-made element. So it is difficult to see cases where abortion should be allowed. A strict interpretation of the 10th Amendment might allow other states to define abortion the way they would like. And I would be a vocal advocate that all states should make every effort to view all life as valuable from the moment of conception. Even without Federal or State involvement we can all work to support an overall culture in America that protects all life

Additional comment from candidate:

I consider myself the most morally and fiscally conservative. At the same time I am a listener. I believe in win-win solutions. I will stay true to my core values and principles. I believe we can still find the best ways to improve America working with leaders of all political views while being open and steadfast about who we are.
