14. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

The burning desire for "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness". All people want this, it's human nature. History is the best educator of how much we value these intrinsic rights. History also demonstrates how easily a nation can lose those rights when they concern themselves more with what's in it for them than what's in it for the well being of all. Despots talk to the masses, but their message is to the individual. The blueprint for slavery rests on the foundation of the peoples' will.

15. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

First, Obamacare has to go! That is the singular most destructive piece of legislation to ever be lashed as a yoke around the necks of the people. Second,(is a 2 parter) a.) Reduce out of control spending! Reduce the size of the government...dramatically! Downsize some agencies and combine others to eliminate waste and redundancy. Decentralize the federal footprint away from DC. b.)No more government giveaways to foreign nations. No more incentivized spending that smacks of pandering to either big business, industry, or demographic groups of voters, e.g., excessive welfare programs. Third, Term limits for our elected officials. No more out of touch, out of control, legacy "legend in their own mind" politicians.

16. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

At the risk of the mother's life

17. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Supreme Court, Academia, Media, Industry and Professional Sports. But why any of the last four should even be mentioned is head scratching. I would ask, how much trust doesn't the public have of them?

18. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was raised in the Christian faith. My father was a deacon with the Baptist Temple. I have lived my life with the complete faith and conviction in God and the resurrection of Christ. I know that he lives and will live again on this earthly plane. I consider myself a warrior for God and Jesus Christ and would lay down my life in defense of them. Amen
