Life is sacred from conception, and hard-earned tax dollars must never subsidize the destruction of innocent unborn children. As Governor, I will fight to defund these organizations completely and redirect resources to support life-affirming alternatives like pregnancy centers.

The government may not establish an official religion, force beliefs on citizens, or interfere in the free exercise of faith, as the 1st Amendment demands. It protects religious liberty, ensuring the state stays out of churches and people worship freely. It does NOT mean stripping faith from public life, banning prayer, removing God from history, or silencing believers in the public square. This is a direct assault on religious liberty and freedom of conscience, which are protected by the First Amendment. Forcing someone to participate in or endorse something contrary to their faith is tyranny, not tolerance. It compels speech, violates conscience, and erodes the freedoms that make America exceptional. As Governor, I will vigorously defend religious freedom, parental rights, and conscience protections. No government should coerce citizens to betray their deeply held beliefs.

C. Healthcare is best handled through free markets, personal responsibility, and private charity where possible. Government expansion into healthcare drives up costs, creates dependency, and bloats bureaucracy (Obamacare is a perfect example). As Governor, I will fight to keep government out of healthcare decisions when at all possible. At the same time, we can protect vulnerable populations without growing the welfare state.

Government has no business tracking citizens' medical conditions to judge "economic burden." This violates privacy and opens the door to rationed care. Lives aren't merely costs on a ledger.

The open market should determine wages. I am against mandated minimum wage. Idaho's free-market economy lets wages rise naturally through competition, business growth, and individual merit, not bureaucratic overreach.

As a serial entrepreneur, I know firsthand that free enterprise and private property rights are essential to a thriving economy. When government stays limited, taxes are slashed, and individuals’ God-given rights to own and steward property are fiercely protected, families, communities, and Idaho prosper. Government must never infringe with excessive regulation, wealth redistribution, or overreach. It should defend these foundations so hardworking Idahoans can innovate and build a strong future.

Sanctuary cities protect illegal immigrants at the expense of American citizens, shield criminals from deportation, undermine the rule of law, and incentivize more illegal immigration. As Governor, I will ban sanctuary policies in Idaho, fully cooperate with federal enforcement, and put Americans first. Additionally, I will help support the creation of new state laws to help reduce the presence of illegals in Idaho.

Federal overreach has failed our kids with bloated bureaucracy, indoctrination, and poor outcomes. Education belongs to parents, local schools, and states, not the government. As Governor, I will champion Idaho's independence in education and defend parental rights. Our children will learn truth, not ideology.

The criminal justice system should protect Idahoans and uphold the rule of law. It should deter crime through swift and certain consequences, punish offenders justly, and promote public safety. Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities, but the main responsibility lies with parents. Parents are the primary guardians, entrusted by God to oversee and guide their children's online use, set boundaries, monitor devices, and teach discernment.Government can and should help by enforcing existing laws against child exploitation, supporting law enforcement task forces, and holding Big Tech accountable for removing illegal content.

Sharia Law is a theocracy rooted in Islamic doctrine, not merely a religion. It directly conflicts with the U.S. Constitution, which establishes a secular republic based on individual rights, equality under the law, and protections like free speech, religious liberty, due process, and equal treatment of men and women. Our Constitution does not align with Sharia's edicts on apostasy, blasphemy, gender roles, inheritance, punishment, or governance.

I strongly agree that no additional restrictions on gun ownership are needed beyond current federal and Idaho laws, which already prohibit ineligible persons like felons, drug addicts, those adjudicated mentally ill, and others, from possessing firearms. These targeted restrictions protect public safety without infringing on law-abiding citizens' God-given Second Amendment rights. Idaho's constitutional carry and strong preemption laws work well. Any more restrictions only disarm the innocent.

I strongly agree with almost all of the Idaho Republican Party official platform. One of the biggest challenges, however, is getting those who state they are "conservative" or "Republican", to truly act like it. There are deceivers amongst us who must be identified and exposed.

Parental rights are God-given and unalienable, including decisions on medical care, education, and upbringing free from government overreach. When government snatches away these rights through mandates, secret policies, or ideological programs, it violates the Constitution and biblical order.

Irreversible medical interventions like puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or surgeries cause permanent harm, sterility, and lifelong regret. Social transition confuses identity and sets them up for psychological damage. Additionally, they are creating a Big Pharma dependent for as long as they live. I will protect our children without compromise.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred, and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition, as it is rooted in biblical truth and natural order. Humans should not try to invent additional definitions of marriage.

Gambling preys on human weakness, fuels addiction, destroys families, increases crime, and drains wealth from hardworking citizens to benefit a few operators and government income. It contradicts biblical principles of stewardship, self-control, and protecting the vulnerable. Idaho has wisely limited gambling to limited charitable games and tribal casinos under compact. Expanding it further would invite more addiction, debt, broken homes, and other societal decay.

I am a non-denominational, Bible-believing Christian. I love Jesus Christ and put my faith and trust in Him as my Lord and Savior who took the punishment for my sins. I am thankful every day.

People should not be able to vote without photo identification. Voter ID is a common-sense safeguard to ensure election integrity, prevent fraud, and protect the votes of every legal citizen. Requiring photo ID is simple, secure, and widely supported. Almost all Americans have an ID, and states provide free options for those who do not. Let's protect out elections by requiring a photo ID.

Biology is binary and fixed by God's design. Humans are male and female from conception. Pretending otherwise harms women and girls and confuses children. Policies permitting biological males in these spaces prioritize ideology over truth and safety.

This outrageous narrative of catastrophic, human-caused warming has been exaggerated and weaponized to justify massive government overreach, higher taxes, energy restrictions, and control over private property and industry.

The most reliable energy source (that I know of) to meet growing electricity demand is nuclear power. However, I am intrigued by Elon Musk's strong favor of solar power as being the best source of energy and would like to explore that idea further.
