I come from a proud family raised by a father, a surgeon who never refused a patient for having no money or insurance. My mother told me how a cancer surgical patient wrote the newspaper, 'Thank God for Dr. Roco.' I emulated my father in counseling, and will follow his lead, in this run for U.S. Senate Hawaii. Standing up for what is right when a wave is up against you, as in SB1, creates fallout. Especially when there is a current of government overstepping and elitist laws being passed, it is important to make a voice heard. There are just a few, who have forced the rest of us to comply with what they want. We need a U.S. Senate from Hawaii who will, instead of pushing the rights of a few in our bathrooms and schools, and where ever else they choose, to stand up and say, "Enough is enough." We need common sense, as counterbalance to this wave of passing laws making our culture unrecognizable 20 years from now, who will listen to the Divine Providence, written in constitut
