QUESTIONNAIRE*
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
I believe life begins at conception.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
I believe the support from school staff can and should be given to a student in this situation but only with the knowledge, guidance, and permission of the student's parent(s) or guardian(s).
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
The Ten Commandments should be displayed in public school buildings or court houses.
Agree
It is legal to do so, and would be of great benefit to our society.
At school, students should be able to speak freely and civilly about matters of conscience and faith, including Christianity.
Agree
NATIONAL SECURITY
I support boycott, divestment, and/or sanctions (BDS) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
Disagree
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Agree
A strong military is a strong deterrent to attacks being waged against the United States. We also must pray - petitioning our God to protect our nation, direct our leaders in such matters, and grant us His favor.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Disagree
I believe it is the duty of family, the church, and fellow citizens to help those in need. The purpose of civil government is to secure our God-given rights. Our government should ensure that our constitution is upheld.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Agree
If not eliminating, at least greatly reducing it. I believe doing so is in line with our Constitution. The 10th Amendment states that powers not delegated to the federal government by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. Article 1: Section 8 of our Constitution outlines the specific powers granted to Congress. There are 18 of them, and education is not one of them.
I support taxpayer funding of public education from Pre-K through college.
Disagree
I support taxpayer funding of public education Kindergarten-12th grade.
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
Please list in order the following priorities in relation to the role of a K-12 public school (omitting any that do not apply): American History, Art & Music, Civics, Critical Race Theory, Foreign Language, Gender Identity, Information Technology, Language Arts, Mathematics, Personal Finances, Physical Fitness, Political Activism, Science, Sexuality, Social Emotional Learning, Vocational Learning
I believe the priorities are: Language Arts, Mathematics, American History, and Civics, Science. I also support Art and Music, Personal Finances, Vocational Learning, Physical Fitness, and Information Technology, and Foreign Language, as resources allow and according to the desires of the citizens. These can be beneficial to students.
Which should students have: equity of outcomes or equality of opportunities?
Equality of opportunities. Schools must provide all students opportunities but schools cannot guarantee outcomes.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I believe in our 2nd Amendments right as provided by our Constitution. I believe in the Castle Doctrine, and also that felons should not be able to own a gun.

VALUES
Children have the right to be protected from sexual grooming including drag shows, explicit materials in schools and libraries, and other public venues.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. He is my Savior and Lord.
If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- abortion methods and side effects; abstinence; consent; contraceptive methods; human anatomy/the reproductive system; physical and emotional health outcomes; sex acts and pleasures of sex; sexual orientation and gender identity; stages of pregnancy and fetal development
I support the teaching of age appropriate, human growth and development which provides basic information approved by parents. Parents should have the ability to opt out their children from such instruction.
